SPEAKER:  Chip Thompson

Mr. Thompson is the owner of Happy Earth Garden, a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Farm on 11 acres near Rio Medina, which provides delicious local, seasonal vegetables and herbs to its CSA members weekly.  He will be speaking about his enterprise and about Communities Supporting Agriculture (CSA).
