Seed Collection from Native Plants: Morphology, Timing, Cleaning, Storage and Propagation

Participants will learn about the common plants of Central Texas, the characteristics of the seeds they produce, when to gather, how to store, and how to germinate these seeds.  Attendees will also practice gathering seeds in the garden and receive a free plant.

Instructor:  Michael Eason, author, conservation botanist, and head of SABG Rare Plant Conservation Dept

Fee: $15 ($13.50 for members).  Registration
